Need an Official Docket or Record?
Choose the official Summit County contact according to the record or service needed:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For most Class B and C misdemeanors, traffic matters, infractions, and Justice Court small claims, contact Summit County Justice Court staff at 6138 North Paintbrush Road, Park City, UT 84098, 435-615-3800, or jcsummit@utcourts.gov. The Justice Court publishes Monday through Friday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Confirm its location and hours before travel because an older official city page gives different address details. Separate District Court counter hours were not confirmed in the reviewed sources.
